Company law, incorporations, directors’ responsibilities, commercial contracts, franchising, licensing, regulatory compliance and foreign direct investments. We regularly assist foreign clients in understanding and negotiating the Malaysian regulatory regime.

We advise clients on setting up cross-border and domestic joint ventures. This includes advising on cross-border investments, particularly on issues relating to corporate structures, equity participation and prevailing laws and policies.

Structure and establishment of funds in Malaysia, Labuan and other tax friendly foreign jurisdictions. Our role also extends to advising on the management and exit mechanisms for investors.

We advise on legal issues in relation to the conduct of Labuan business activities from Labuan International Business and Financial Centre and structuring transnational businesses through Labuan.
