Pro Bono Work

The Firm is actively involved in various pro bono initiatives as part of its commitment to support meaningful causes and giving back to the community.

As part of these social responsibility initiatives, the Firm undertakes pro bono legal work by providing legal assistance in both litigation and conveyancing matters for the Malaysian Bar. Through its participation, the Firm contributes to the Malaysian Bar’s efforts in promoting access to justice and the rule of law or constitutional issues. This reflects the Firm’s commitment to upholding the legal profession’s responsibility to serve the wider community.

One of the Firm’s ongoing pro bono engagements is its ongoing role as legal advisers to RIMAU, a non-governmental organisation (NGO) dedicated to the conservation and protection of the Malayan tiger and its natural habitat.

Through this engagement, the Firm provides legal guidance and support on various legal and regulatory matters, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance and non-contentious tax matters, to assist RIMAU in carrying out its conservation efforts. This reflects the Firm’s commitment to social responsibility, environmental sustainability and the preservation of Malaysia’s natural heritage.
